Our old water heater gave out during the evening, and needed a new one the next day. Sara was able to get us scheduled the same day, and Eric K was awesome. We are previous customers who called most recently with A leaky water valve on the second floor that caved in the ceiling on our first floor. The office had Glenn in route to us within an hour of our phone call Glenn was professional and courteous and left a clean job site. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
We were having issues with the temperature of our shower. The support on the phone was always excellent with Sarah and they were flexible with our schedule.We had Glen come out to our house twice and both times he was quick and informative on everything that needed to be done. Will definitely use them in the future and asking for Glen.
Had them come to do a P-Trap and set a shower pan on a concrete slab, as well as redo the valve and supply line for the shower. The plumbers were great, they communicated everything very well and were sure to keep us updated on any changes that had to be made. Very happy with the work and will most likely hire them again for other projects!
Great job! I was impressed with the professionalism of both Sarah, who answered my call, and Kyle, the technician that performed the work at my house. This was not emergency work, but I appreciated the fact that they got the job done in less than 24 hours. Kyle explained everything he was doing to do, and even gave me options so that I would feel comfortable with the solution. Great customer service. I will be calling again whenever an issue arises. Beis Plumbing....Where do I even start. The copious amount of lies told by Tony? The fact that it took 9 months for them to obtain an permit, a permit that Beis plumbing never scheduled afinal inspection for? The large amount of damage done to my property? The list goes on and on.Beis plumbing, the company that did unpermitted work on my property, WITH an expired license.Tony and Melissa were both terrible to deal with. Both would never return calls or uphold their promises. Tony became very rude after they got their payment from me. He would not take accountability for anything and was lying to me from the beginning.The work that Beis plumbing did still isn't up to code. My new lateral main was only installed 5 inches below the ground, Instead of 30", by their unqualified plumbers. (who have been fired now according to Tony. But that doesn't help me at all.) The damage done to my Basement waterproofing, retaining wall, a very unlevel yard with trash left scattered around, purple primer flung absolutely every where, is just some of the damage done by beis plumbing. A lousy $1000 dollar credit doesn't even to begin to cover it. According to Tony "I am playing games" butall I wanted was for a 9800 dollar job to be done right, but I guess that was too much to ask for.
Aaron, Matt, Phil and Eric are a great crew of hard working Plumbers. We had a big job replacing the old pipe in the basement floor. Then it rained and rained. Tony the supervisor designed a great solution with sump pump and connecting rock channel. My basement is dry and working well. Many challenges the guys fixed along the way.
